Last mile without a subcontracting chain

Our own drivers on permanent contracts, electronic time records, documentation on request. Registered in Berlin, operating from Berlin, Magdeburg and Werder.

The difference

Pass the work on and you lose the ability to answer for it

In Germany the last mile is mostly driven in chains. Every hand-off lengthens the chain and shortens the list of things anyone can still prove at the end of it.

We drive with our own people. That costs more than the alternative, and it is the reason we can answer any question about working hours, pay and social contributions with a document. For you that is not a comfort, it is the basis of your own duty to check.

What we take on

Four areas that belong together. Supplying only vehicles, or only people, just moves the problem to the next handover.

Day-to-day delivery

Fixed rounds with a fixed crew. We take on areas, not individual jobs.

  • Courier, express and parcel delivery on the last mile
  • Our own dispatch with a named contact
  • Returns, redistribution and re-delivery included

Building a workforce

When you grow volume you need people before you need vehicles. That is the part most plans underestimate.

  • Recruitment in Germany and abroad, with the formalities handled
  • Paid quality and field training before the first shift
  • Support with housing, documents and driving licences

Fleet and floor space

Vehicles with a maintenance plan rather than a rental line, and our own floor space in Germany. Where a round needs space, we take it on and deliver from there.

  • Our own fleet with documented maintenance
  • Replacement vehicles held at every station
  • Warehouse space where it belongs to the round

Express and transport

Not every shipment can wait for the next round. We drive time-critical loads directly, within Germany and across Europe.

  • Express runs for time-critical shipments
  • Transport within Germany and across Europe
  • One contact in dispatch, from the request to the delivery

Guarantor liability

What you are liable for, and what we do about it

If you contract us, you are liable as a guarantor for our minimum wage payments under section 13 MiLoG together with section 14 AEntG. That liability cannot be excluded by contract. So we are open about how we work.

Employment
Our own drivers, employed on permanent contracts. No rounds passed on to subcontractors.
Section 17 MiLoG
Electronic working time records, kept for at least two years, available on request.
Section 2a SchwarzArbG
Identification carried across the whole operation, and checked.
On request
Clearance certificates from the tax office, health insurers and BG Verkehr, commercial register extract, proof of public liability insurance, indemnity clause in the contract.

How it works

How a contract starts

Four steps, no pitch meetings.

  1. 01

    Enquiry and volume

You tell us the region, the volume and when you need to start. We tell you honestly whether and when we can cover it.

  2. 02

    Quote and documentation

You get a costing and the paperwork you need for your own due diligence.

  3. 03

    Planning

Rounds, vehicles and people are planned. You get a named contact in dispatch.

  4. 04

    Start and reporting

Handover, training on your processes, then normal operation with the reporting we agreed.

You get a named contact, not a ticket.

Common questions

How quickly can you take on an area?

It depends on whether people have to be recruited first. For an area within reach of an existing station the lead time is short; for a new area we plan realistically with a build-up phase. We give you the number before you plan around it.

Do you use subcontractors?

No. Every round is driven by our own permanently employed staff. If we cannot cover an enquiry we say so, rather than passing it on.

What documentation do I get for guarantor liability?

Commercial register extract, clearance certificates from the tax office, the health insurers and BG Verkehr, proof of public liability insurance, and an indemnity clause in the contract. Working time records are made available on request.

Do you take on warehouse space as well?

Yes, where it belongs to the round. We do not do warehousing on its own without delivery.

Do you also run express abroad?

Yes. We are expanding our express service across Europe. Tell us the route, the shipment and the time window, and we will tell you whether and how we can run it.
